In our industry we are got “Registered training organization” (RTO) accreditation by BTEB (Bangladesh Technical Education Board). We are doing assessment by BTEB after every 2 month for SMO Level – 1, soon as Training complete.
• 1st Assessment- 20 candidate BTEB certified out of 20.
• 2nd Assessment-18 candidate BTEB certified out of 20.
• 3rd Assessment-20 candidate BTEB certified out of 20.
• 4th Assessment-19 candidate BTEB certified out of 20.
• 5th Assessment-18 candidate BTEB certified out of 20.

Total- 95 candidates are certified out of 100 candidates.

BENIFICIERIES The total training period is 3 months, where 2 months training done in the “Skill Development Center” & 1 month in the production line to adapt the production environment, know different type of product, speed, efficiency, etc. During 3 months training IE Team complete evaluation as Sewing Machine Operator based on Process Efficiency & adjust their salary from 4th month. Trainee’s are trained batch wise & whom are benifited are given below:-

• Batch 01 – 25 participants (January ’16)
• Batch 02- 30 participants (March ’16)
• Batch 03 – 34 participants (May ’16)
• Batch 04 – 31 participants (July ’ 16)
• Batch 05 – 39 participants (September ’16)
• Batch 06 – 38 participants (December ’16)
• Batch 07A – 38 participants (February ’17)
• Batch 07B – 21 participants training running, will move to Production from May ’17
• Batch 08A – 40 participants training running, will move to Production from June ’17

Total – 296 participants.

We are get 5 times assessment in our “Registered training organization”(RTO).Where our company pay the assessment fee ,registration fee of the candidate and other’s payment & fees of the assessment.
Total – 95 candidates are certified out of 100 candidates.
